Buidling the Elevations

The railroad tracks and streets are drawn on the ground level. These are the elevations for second level.
The raised area around the grades will be the base for the second level.
This curved track is a future tunnel, with the second level above.
Here is a side view of the grades.
Mainlines A and B meet here in the middle of the layout.
The double crossover will join the loop tracks.
Industries will be here on the second level. In the front will be a tunnel.
This tunnel leads to rail yard from the front of the layout.
